If you are eligible to be covered under this Program, you are automatically enrolled, unless you waive coverage (Domestic Students Only). To document proof of comparable coverage, students need to complete the online Waiver Form and submit it prior to the start of the school year.
The deadline to waive for the Spring period is January 27, 2025. You must receive your Confirmation Number to have completed the Waiver.
